Degusta Box offers a selection of 10 to 15 products delivered to you as a subscription box once a month/ All boxes are surprise, so you never know what food products you will enjoy next time. Degusta Box claims that the price of subscription is way lower than the price of the food products inside a monthly box. The company works with both well-known and absolutely new brands of the UK. The Degusta Box has 3 rounds of delivery each month:
- On the 18th of the month;
- on the 23rd of the month;
- on the 2nd of the following month.
Recurring Fees & Billing Cycle
There is only one subscription plan on the official website at Degusta Box. Their monthly box costs 12.99/month and there is no shipping fee. By subscribing to the service, a member agrees to be re- charged periodically for an indefinite time until cancellation.
Shipping, Handling & Taxes
Degusta Box ships within the mainland UK only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Shipping and handling costs are already covered by the Degustabox subscription fee.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Options
Under the provided Terms and Condition, a subscriber has the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the first good. The withdrawal doesn’t apply to fresh and perishable products. If the withdrawal meets the deadline, the company will reimburse all payments received from the subscriber. The goods shall be sent to the Degustabox within 14 days as well.
How to Cancel Degusta Box?
A subscription can be cancelled through the Contact form on the official website before the 1st of the month by following easy steps:
- Enter the Contact form;
- Choose the “Cancelation” category;
- Follow the cancellation procedure steps.
Please, keep in mind, that a subscription is acknowledged as stopped only after receiving a Confirmation of Cancellation letter. After you have received it, you won’t be charged for the service any longer.
