What’s In The Box

UrbaneBox is a monthly clothing subscription service offering items hand-picked according to your needs and preferences. Subscribers get 2-3 new clothing items in every box and may add some more at the additional cost whenever they want.

Subscription and Shipping Charges

Basic Price & Billing

• Monthly Subscription: $65/month (renews monthly);
• Quarterly Prepaid Subscription:  $180 ($60 per box, renews quarterly);
• 6 Months Prepaid Subscription: $330 ($55 per box, renews half-yearly).

Subscriptions renew automatically on the 10th of each 1st, 3rd, or 6th month and are continuous until canceled.

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

The boxes are shipped out around the 20th of each month. The shipping cost is calculated according to the UPS or the USPS rates. There is a $25 additional fee for all orders shipped to Canada and $7 for those shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Subscribers are also responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions must be paused or canceled before the 5th of the ongoing month. Otherwise, the suspension or cancellation will become effective from the subsequent month. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, while the prepaid ones are not subject to early cancellation and will remain active until the end of the ongoing subscription term.

Once the cancellation is requested, no returns or refunds will be possible! You can make a return at a $15 fee only while your subscription is still active. If you want both to cancel your subscription and to get the money back, your only option is to apply to your card issuer for a chargeback.
