Gentleman’s Subscription Box

Gentleman’s Box is a premium quality manly box subscription. Classic Subscription Boxes may contain ties, socks, cufflinks, and other essential accessories with a retail value of over $100. Premium boxes, worth over $300 total, are filled with leather goods, watches and electronics.

Subscription Fees & Related Costs

Types of Subscriptions 

• Premium Quarterly Subscription: $100 per box, 4-5 items inside;
• Classic Monthly Subscription:  $29 per box, 4-6 items;   
• Gift Prepaid Subscription: $89-$520, up to a year of Classic or Premium subscription purchased in a one-off payment.

Shipping Charges

All shipping fees are already included in the subscription price. When shipped to Canada, the subscription price will be higher, because of the additional international shipping fee. 

Payments & Billing

Your first payment is always made once you subscribe. After that, Classic and Premium Subscriptions will renew automatically on the 10th of every month or every 3 months correspondingly until canceled. Gift Subscriptions, in turn, do not renew.

Subscription Cancellation & Returns

NO cancellation or refund is possible on prepaid subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled any time, at least 1 day before the next auto-renewal, without extra fees. If you want to make a return, send your request to the customer support at support@gentlemansbox.com. 

Cancellation Guide

If you are in the US: 

• Call Gentleman’s Box customer service at 248-479-6066;
• Ask to speak with a representative;
• Tell him you want to cancel your subscription and provide the requested information;
• Wait for the written confirmation by email. 

If you are in Canada, simply send your cancellation request at support@gentlemansbox.com. 

IMPORTANT! Your subscription is NOT canceled until you receive a written confirmation notice!
