How does Menlo Club work?

As a membership club of Menlo House, an online shop selling modern men’s wear, Menlo Club offers subscription boxes with the best value items from the featured brands:

  • New Republic, 
  • Five Four, and 
  • Grand AC,

along with a 25% discount for purchases in Menlo House and free shipping. All items are selected according to your personal style and needs. Some of them are exclusive and available only to the club members.

What do the subscribers receive?

Monthly Club subscribers receive monthly boxes with new-fashioned apparel, footwear, and sportswear at a set price of $60 per month

Seasonal Club subscribers pay $75 per quarter and get a box with contemporary menswear and accessories reflecting the ongoing season every 3 months.

Every box contains 2 or 3 items. Shipping is around the US is included in the subscription price, but there might be extra shipping fees or taxes depending on your location.

Cancellation & Refund options

Menlo Club has an extremely strict policy:

  • No Returns 
  • No Exchanges (except in order to change the size)
  • No Refunds. 
  • No Order Cancellations (after it is being processed).

However, your membership can be canceled or paused anytime. If you plan to apply for a refund, the best option for you would be to turn to the experts, namely refund-helping services. But before doing this, cancel Menlo Club subscription to stop being billed.

The recurring payments are due on the 15th day of each upcoming month. All changes to your account should be done before that to avoid the next automatic payment.
