Knitting and crochet patterns designed specifically for subscribers are included in monthly subscriptions. The aim f the Knit Crate service is to help you meet new designers, practice new skills, and unleash your creativity. Members receive member-exclusive discounts, bonus promo codes, and Knit Crate STASH Points (100 points = $5 in the shop).

All yarn crate subscription boxes come with:
– A knit and crochet pattern that goes with the yarn.
– Something extra, for example Stitch markers, stitch holders, etc or other accessories for you.
The subscription fee for a knitting subscription box starts at 24.99 and depends on the type of membership, shipping destination etc.
Shipping terms
Depending on your yarn subscription types the shipping rates can differ. On average shipping fees within the US starts at $6.95 while international delivery services cost $11.95. It takes 2 – 5 days for the monthly crate to reach you within the US and up to 14 days if you live in other countries. The weight of international packages must not exceed 4 pounds (1.8 kilograms).
Return Terms
If you are not satisfied with your very first crate, you can return it for a full refund. You must return or exchange the item within seven days of delivery. If you would like to request a return, please contact support using the “contact us” form at https://www.knitcrate.com.
Following your first crate, you will receive an email with an overview of the upcoming crate to allow you some time to decide if you want to keep your crate or skip the month before your next billing. After the first crate guarantee, no returns or refunds are allowed. Unfortunately it is impossible to refund Knit Crate after the first box.
Stop my subscription!
The 1st day of each month is the deadline for canceling or skipping your subscription. In the event you no longer wish to receive crates, please try one of the ways to cancel your membership:
– log in before your account is billed and cancel your subscription online
– contact Knit Crate immediately using the contact form if you have an emergency.
All emails are responded to within 48-72 business hours. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.
