Mantry is a premium food subscription service designed exclusively for men and featuring unique products from all over the US. Six full-sized snacks hand-picked according to the specific theme are packed in a hand-made wooden box and delivered to your doorstep every other month. All Mantry products are artisan and can not be found in your local groceries.

Payments & Prices

Basic Costs. There are two main Subscription options:

  • Bi-Monthly Subscription: $75 per delivery;
  • 3-Crates Subscription: $225 prepaid (3 deliveries in the course of 6 months).

Delivery Costs. Mantry grants free shipping, but any additional costs such as sales taxes in your state, foreign taxes, or customs duties are the responsibility of a subscriber. 

Billing Conditions. Subscribing to Mantry, you agree that your card will be charged according to the current subscription price rates until you cancel. The billing cycle starts on the day you initially subscribe. All the following payments will occur on the same day every two months.

Returns & Refund Policy

Mantry Box is a company selling food items and therefore is not legally obliged to accept returns or issue refunds. Still, you may apply to the customer service at help@mantry.com or turn to your bank for a chargeback. But prior to that, to avoid the subsequent charges, you need to cancel your subscription. Cancellation is possible anytime, effective immediately, and is done at no additional cost.

Cancellation Options

You may cancel your Mantry subscription in one of the following ways:

  1. Use your profile on https://mantry.com/: 
  • Log in to Mantry; 
  • Navigate to “Your Subscription” section; and
  • Select “Cancel”. 
  1. Send a cancellation request to the customer support at help@mantry.com.
