How to refund It’s By U

It’s by U is a DIY flower arranging subscription box offering kits of fresh flowers, tools and containers needed to create a florist bouquet. It’s by U members receive a flower box along with a streaming video lesson monthly. The subscription flowers are sourced from farmers throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Latin America. In your first shipment, you will receive the vase style and flowers of your choice as well as arranging tools. Weeks, bi-monthly, or monthly deliveries of fresh flowers will follow. Each delivery will include a different arrangement of blooms.

– Rosy Outlook – 50 Stems – starting from $156/ delivery 

As soon as you sign up and every time your plan renews, you will be charged.  Your membership will continue until you notify It’s by U customer support team that you no longer want to renew. 

Shipping Details 

Please note that It’s by U flower subscription service only ships to addresses (not PO Boxes) within the continental United States. As soon as an order is placed, flowers and starter kits will be delivered within ten (10) business days. You will receive an email with a FedEx or courier tracking number when your kit is shipped. 

Refunding Policy 

All sales are final. Except as provided below, It’s By U does not accept returns or refunds for goods. Refunds or replacements for bouquets or hard goods (such as shears or vases) may only be provided if the following conditions are met: 

– Incorrect delivery of a bouquet or hard good item; 

– Damaged or wilted bouquets or hard goods; 

– No bouquet or hard goods were delivered. 

A photograph of the damaged bouquet/hard good item must be sent to It’s by U in the event it arrives wilted or damaged.  Upon receiving a refund, your payment will be credited to the same account you used to purchase the items. 

Cancellation Process 

The cancellation of your deliveries is possible at any time. Follow the instructions that are provided to you when you log into your account.  For assistance in cancelling, please contact support@itsbyu.com.
