How to stop your Kloxet subscription

Kloxet is a jewelry subscription box to fit anyone’s lifestyle, taste, and budget. The subscribers get an individually selected collection of fashion jewelry based on the personal quiz. It allows to share your preferences and receive the accessories fitting your individual style and suitable for daytime, office, night out or any other special occasion. For $20 a month, you will receive 5 beautiful items, which you may keep and use as you see fit. 

A Kloxet monthly jewelry box may contain: 

– necklaces 

– earrings 

– bracelets 

– hair accessories

We remind you that all subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. As a member, you agree to pay and authorize kloxet.com to automatically charge your credit card on the 1st of every month until you pause or cancel your membership. If you do not pause or cancel your membership, you will be charged a membership fee of $20.00 on your next membership renewal. 

Shipping Terms 

The shipping is free for all subscribers. 

Shipments begin between the 10th and 15th of each month and are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped. 

Refund Policy 

The monthly subscription box cannot be returned. A refund will not be issued on any return items that were part of the subscription box that were returned for any reason. If you have a problem with any of the items you receive in your subscription box, please contact the Kloxet customer support team. 

How to cancel your Kloxet subscription? 

There are no commitments or agreements, so you may cancel at any time. In order to cancel your monthly membership, you must contact Kloxet by logging into your account, logging into your member dashboard, and contacting a live chat representative between the hours of 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, or by contacting us at services@kloxet.com by the 10th of each month, in order to avoid charges.
