How to manage my subscription Alpha Outpost

How it works

Alpha Outpost offers subscription boxes with survival gear and equipment for everyday life situations – It may be an EDC tools kit, cooking or medical-related items set, etc. Each package is dedicated to a specific purpose and you never know what is in the box until you receive it.

What you receive

Alpha Outpost delivers one subscription box each month. Pricing depends on the duration of the prepaid period. You may pay either:

  • $39.95 + $6.95 shipping fee monthly (as a monthly subscriber, you can get your initial box for only $5.00 + shipping) or
  • $499 annually (you can save over $60 a year as the shipping fee is already included in subscription costs).

Each box may contain up to 6+ items curated according to the current monthly theme. Boxes are shipped only within the US.

Membership cancellation and refund process

Cancel or pause your membership. If you cancel before your order is shipped, 80% of its value will be refunded to your card.

Make a return. Alpha Outpost only accepts returns or exchanges of defective items, with a further replacement or a refund. To make a return, contact customer support by email within 30 days from delivery. 

Get a refund. Alpha Outpost does not refund any shipping or handling charges. If you need a chargeback, please contact your bank.

How to manage or cancel your membership

If you need to manage your account, change your membership, add a payment method, etc., it can be easily done online. But in case you want to pause or cancel your subscription, you must:

  • Call (630) 352-4898 to contact a customer support representative. 

Your subscription should be canceled prior to the first day of your billing cycle (every 3rd day of the month), so please make a request in advance in order not to be charged. If you cancel your subscription within the first 3 months, you will have to pay a $34.95 fee.
