The BoxyCharm Canada company offers monthly boxes of skincare, haircare, lifestyle or makeup products delivered to your door. The service selects curated products from famous, luxury and new promising brands.
Subscription Types & Related Expenses
You can choose from 4 subscription types:
- Monthly; $25 per month, billed monthly;
- 3 months; $23.33 per month, prepay $70 for 3 months;
- 6 months; $23 per month, prepay $138 for 6 months;
- 12 months; $22.92 per month, prepay $275 for 12 months.
There are also 3 different types of boxes for subscription:
- BoxyCharm (5 beauty items inside worth $175 approx. for $25 approx. monthly);
- Luxe (8+ beauty and lifestyle items inside worth $395 approx. for $59.99 approx. quarterly);
- Premium (6 beauty items inside worth $215 approx. for $39.99 approx. monthly);
Each plan is non-refundable and renews automatically. All prices do not include any applicable taxes, customs or shipping charges.
Shipping Terms and Charges
The boxes are shipped at varying time, but the processing of boxes starts on the 1st day of each month. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 bordering states) is free. Subscribers outside of the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. territories, and Canada) pay a shipping fee of $5 per BoxyCharm box, $5 per Premium box, and $8 per Luxe box. The fee for a subscription is charged on the 1st of each month at 12 am or every 6 or 12 months depending on the type of your plan.
Unsubscribing & Getting A Refund
There is no cancellation fee and a subscriber can cancel their subscription at any time. Exchanges and refunds are not available for any products shipped by the BoxyCharm service. To stop re-billing, you’ll have to stop your subscription before it renews. The subscription renewal date on the 1st of the last month of your subscription. Mind that once the payment is made, you won’t be able to cancel the upcoming order.
How to Cancel BoxyCharm:
You can either manage your subscription on your profile page or request cancellation via email.
To stop your subscription using your account follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://www.boxycharm.com/;
- Select MyAccount from the top bar and click Account Overview from the appearing dropdown menu;
- Click Cancel Subscription to stop your subscription or one of them;
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation
- Double-check the status of your subscription by returning to your Account Overview page or check your email inbox.
You can also request a cancellation via email, but not later than 25th of the last month of your current subscription to give enough time for cancellation process.
