What do I get?

Subscribing to Adore Box you join a membership program, according to which you receive a box of selected beauty products every month or quarter. These boxes can contain anything, from cosmetics to household chemistry, and even clothing. The contents are a complete surprise every time.

What are the costs?

Depending on your subscription plan you can choose from three sizes of boxes with 4 to 20 products in each:

  • Monthly box: $15 to $144 for max. 10 products;
  • 2x Monthly box: $25 to $264 for max. 20 products;
  • Quarterly Premium box: $39.99 to $235.00 for max.10 top quality products; 

+ shipping fee, applicable only in Canada.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted, but if you cancel your order before it is shipped, you can get fully refunded for it.

How to stop the billing cycle?

Your card is charged automatically every 1st day of the month or quarter, depending on your subscription type. If you don’t enjoy Adore Box anymore or are short of money to pay for it further, you can either pause or cancel your membership. Here are 3 easy steps you have to do:

  • Cancel the upcoming order. You can also skip the shipment if you’re planning to use Adore Box later.
  • Cancel or pause your subscription. This can be easily done in your account on
  • Apply for a refund.

  • Log in to Adore Box with your username and password;
  • Click on the “Subscription” tab;
  • Select ‘Cancel’ if you want to stop your subscription permanently.
