Recurring Fees
Subscription Price
You can choose among the following billing options:
- Quarterly Subscription: billed every 3 months upfront (1 shipment);
- Semi-Annual Subscription: billed every 6 months upfront (2 shipments);
- Annual Subscription: billed every 12 months upfront (4 shipments).
The subscription price depends on the duration of your billing cycle. The longer the billing cycle is, the bigger discount you get. Quarterly subscribers are charged the most: $69.99 per box.
Postage Costs
A $9.95 flat-rate delivery fee applies to all orders shipped within the US. Normally, there are no additional fees, except the sales tax for Illinois residents. International shipping is currently not available. Boxes are shipped out every quarter.
How To Discontinue The Payments?
You pay for your first box as you sign up. The following charges occur on the anniversary of your signup date. Depending on the plan choose, your card will be charged automatically every 3, 6, or 12 months. The payments will reoccur until you cancel your subscription. You can do this at any time without giving your reasons. Try to request the cancellation at least a few days prior to the next billing as Sundae Home offers no refunds on subscription charges.
Cancellation Guide
To request a cancellation:
- Go to the Sundae Home website and proceed to the Contact Page;
- Fill out the request form, write your name and email address associated with your account;
- Specify “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
After that, your request will be processed. Once it is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
