What Is Included In The Subscription Price?

Recurring Subscription Charges

  • Monthly Subscription: $36.99/shipment;
  • 3 Months Subscription: $105.42 ($35.14/shipment);
  • 6 Months Subscription: $199.74 ($33.29/shipment);
  • 12 Months Subscription: $355.08 ($29.59/shipment).

All the charges are made upfront and automatically recur on the last day of each subscription term.

Shipping Charges

There is a flat rate shipping fee for all subscription orders: subscribers living in the US must pay $6 extra for each order, and those living in Canada, $12. Furthermore, any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How To Get My Money Back?

Fun Run Box does not accept returns or provide any refunds on subscription orders, but there’s something you can do if you don’t want to be charged anymore. To avoid the subscription auto-renewal, you need to cancel your subscription. After that, you will still receive the boxes remaining on your order, but at least you won’t be billed again.

To get a refund on the subscription purchase, you may either contact your card issuer and apply for a chargeback, or turn to the third-party companies that provide assistance in the refund process.

How To Avoid The Recurring Charges?

To stop your subscription, you need to log in into your account on and do the following:

  • Locate the ‘Manage Subscription’ button to the left from your order history and click on it; 
  • Click ‘Manage’ next to your order info and then ‘Prepaid settings’;
  • In the upcoming window, under the ‘Automatically renew after the last shipped order’, select ‘No’.
