How to refund EarFleek

With EarFleek, you receive a pair of trendy and fun earrings every month through an online subscription service. There are various mixes of zinc, copper, platinum, plastic, and titanium depending on the type of earrings. EarFleek offers four different earring subscription options, and our stylists ensures that each month you receive something that reflects your personality. The options to choose from are:
– Silly & Fun
– Minimalist but Groovy
– Boho Babe
– I Don’t Give a Hoot
You can also decide how long to receive the monthly earring subscription:
– 6 Months – $25.00 prepay
– 12 Months – $48 prepay
– Month to Month – $4.39 per month
Each subscription fee is auto-renewal.  

How do they ship? 

The Ear Fleek boxes are delivered within the US. Their monthly shipments take place on the 15th of each month. Upon signing up after the mid-month mailing but before the first of the next month, you will receive two shipments. 

How to refund EarFleek 

Returns and substitutions are not permitted. The sale of all items is final. Please contact Ear Fleek at support@earfleek.com if you receive a defective, incomplete, or other unsatisfactory shipment of Products. 

Can I stop my Ear Fleek membership? 

It is expected that EarFleek will renew on or around the 15th of each month. To stop your subscription, please try to initiate the cancellation process in advance. To do so, follow the below-given steps:
– Enter your account page at https://www.earfleek.com/
– navigate to the Edit Account tab
– choose Cancel, and follow the instructions.
Otherwise, send an email to support@earfleek.com indicating that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions provided you in response.
