Stitch Fix presents an online service offering stylist assistance. Subscribed users regularly receive a set of clothing items hand-picked especially for them, according to their size and preferences. The frequency of shipments and the price range of the shipped goods are variable.
When you subscribe to Stitch Fix, you have to pay a $20 service fee per delivery. It is included in the price of the clothes ($55-400 per piece + free shipping), but in case nothing suits you, you still have to pay the fee. All returns & exchanges are free of charge.
Stop automatic withdrawals and get a refund
To stop recurrent shipments you need to find out how to cancel your Stitch Fix membership. There are two possible ways to do it:
- in your Stitch Fix account; or
- by submitting a cancellation request on https://www.stitchfix.com/.
You can get a 100% refund for all unworn items if you send them back within 30 days after the payment. As to the service fee, you can apply for a chargeback or ask specialized services for assistance.
Membership Cancellation Process
First of all, please make sure that no package is being delivered at the moment. Your order can’t be canceled if it is already on the way!
- Log In to your account and go to ‘Subscription’ page;
- Locate ‘Manage Automatic Fixes’ and select ‘Stop receiving automatic Fixes’;
- Confirm to stop shipments, cancel the upcoming order and click the ‘Update’ button.
In your account settings, you can also skip the shipments, reschedule your deliveries and manage your subscription plan.
