Box of Happies is a subscription focusing on handmade items from national artists and selected as surprise boxes. In a monthly box from Box of Happies you can find handcrafted accessories, jewelry, candles, soaps along with home and office décor or bath& body care products. There are usually 4 to 6 items packed in a reusable plastic container delivered right to your door once a month. The selection of your monthly box is a surprise but you can supplement your box with own picks from the shop at https://www.boxofhappies.com/.
There are two subscription options:
– Box of Happies Full – $29.99 – $359.88
– Monthly Grab Bag – $15.00 – $180.00
Your subscription fee is determined by the duration of your plan:
– Month to Month – $29.00
– 3 Month Prepay – $89.97
– 6 Month Prepay – $179.94
– 12 Month Prepay – $359.88
Unless you choose to skip, cancel or skip a subscription period at the checkout, your Box of Happies subscription will automatically renew.
Shipping and Delivery
The Box of Happies handmade monthly boxes are shipped within the continental US. There is no shipping fee. Every order is shipped on the 25th of the month (including boxes, grab bags, add-ons, everything). After the 25th of the month, orders will be processed and shipped in a batch the following month. Orders are delivered on or before the last day of the month.
Returns and exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges available on items that have been shipped. In case of damage of any items, please request a refund by contacting the customer support department via email at boxofhappies@gmail.com.
Can I stop my subscription?
You are free to stop your subscription whenever you need to without having to pay any cancellation fees or other extra charges. The cancellation process can be started at https://www.boxofhappies.com/ through the account settings of your account. Alternatively, you may try contacting the support team by sending an email to boxofhappies@gmail.com, and following the instructions that are provided to you.
