Shipping Terms 

A monthly surprise box will be shipped within the first few days of each month. All types of subscription boxes are shipped without additional payment.  

Replacements and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include notification to the postal service. Your account will be adjusted at Sparkle Hustle Glow discretion. 

Refund and Returns 

When a product is defective or something is missing or damaged, you can return it and the company should replace it or credit your account. Send an email to support@sparklehustlegrow.com to get started. 

Can I stop my subscription? 

Sparkle Hustle Grow lets you cancel at any time if you’re not satisfied. Cancellation must be done before the 15th of each month so you don’t get charged for the next shipment. Send an email to support@sparklehustlegrow.com or follow the next steps to stop your subscription: 

– Log in to your account 

– Locate Cancel button 

– Click cancel to stop your membership 

If you’ve already renewed and want to cancel an upcoming shipment, you have to request a refund by the 25th. The shipment for that month can’t be refunded if you don’t cancel before the 25th.
