Cancel my Southern Cigar Co membership

Each month, Southern Cigar Co. provides you with a box of cigars selected regarding flavor, size, shape, strength, origin, manufacturer, etc. As a rule, there is four cigars in a monthly box, but you can also get some extra as a bonus. As a part of your first box, you will receive:  

– a triple torch lighter 

–  a double guillotine cutter 

– four new cigars 

– a Boveda humidity pack 

In addition to the cigars themselves, each box is accompanied by a card containing all the information you need to know about the product. All lighters are shipped without butane fuel because of USPS regulations. 

There are three subscription options available for signing up at https://www.southerncigarco.com/: 

– Month to Month – $39.95 per month 

– 3 Month Prepay – $38.95 per month 

– 6 Month Prepay – $37.95 per month 

All monthly cigar box subscription plans are renewed automatically until canceled. 

Shipping Terms 

Southern Cigar Co ships cigar boxes using the United States Postal Service (USPS). International customers will have their box delivered by their local postal service. The tariffs and taxes may vary depending on your country. In general, it takes 3-5 days from when your box is shipped (22nd of every month) to when it is received inside the U.S. The shipping time for Canada will take around 5-8 days, and the shipping time for international orders will take around 7-12 days. 

How can I refund Southern Cigar Co? 

The sale of a box is final once it has been shipped, so no refunds will be issued. If you wish to receive a refund for your renewed subscription, please email Southern Cigar Co at Support@SouthernCigarCo.com. 

How to stop my subscription? 

If you want to cancel your subscription, please, follow the instructions below: 

– Log into your account by clicking the link in the top right-hand corner 

– Click the button that says “”EDIT”” under the “”Your Subscription”” block 

– Select the “”Cancel Subscription”” button. 

It is important to note that boxes are pre-paid; if you have pre-paid already and cancel, you will STILL receive your pre-paid boxes. If you need assistance, send an email to support@southerncigarco.com.
