Subscription boxes are shipped out monthly and may include 3 to 8 products.

- Half-Yearly Prepaid Subscription: $225.00.
- Horse-Size Box (5 to 8 items per shipment):
- Monthly Subscription: $59.95;
- Quarterly Prepaid Subscription: $175.50;
- Half-Yearly Prepaid Subscription: $345.00.
- Book Club Subscription (books + surprising gifts): $19.95/ month
Delivery costs are normally included in the price of your subscription. However, you may have to pay sales tax depending on your exact location. Pony Xpress Club ships within the U.S. only.
Billing dates are different from those of shipping. The frequency of billing is determined by your subscription plan. Charges occur on the 25th of the last month of each subscription term.
How To Get a Refund For Subscription Charges?
By subscribing to Pony Xpress Club you agree to pay the recurring subscription charges. However, you can stop the payments and cancel your subscription at any time. Try to do this before the next billing date. Even if you complete the cancellation a little late and get charged again, you can still get your money back by canceling an upcoming shipment. To do so, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org by the 1st of the month.
How To Turn Off The Auto-Renewal?

- Click ‘Edit’ and select ‘Cancel’.
