What Is ​Kawaii Subscription Box 

Each Kawaii Box contains 8 to 10  hand-picked items, such as stationery, toys, accessories, sweets, etc., from Japanese and international brands and is delivered right to your door every month.  

Prices & Billing

Subscriptions

The total costs are calculated due to the subscription period you choose.

• 1-month (month-to-month) Subscription: $24.90;
• 6-months Subscription: $131.40 ($3 economy per month);
• 12-months Subscription: $238.80 ($5 economy per month).

All prices are in US Dollars, if you are in Canada, the corresponding amount of money will be withdrawn from your card in Canadian Dollars at your bank’s or PayPal exchange rates.

Payments

6- and 12-Months Subscriptions are paid in full when you check out and are not automatically renewed. The month-to-month Subscription is unlimited in time and is extended monthly until you cancel it. Your billing date corresponds to the day when you subscribed.

Delivery 

Kawaii Box grants free shipping on all crates, including international orders. The first subscription box will be shipped right after your payment is processed, other boxes – at the end of each subsequent month. Depending on your country and exact address, they will be delivered to your door within 2-4 weeks after the shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month subscriptions can be easily canceled in your customer account on https://www.kawaiibox.com/ at any time. Prepaid subscriptions can be canceled only before the first shipment. The orders, that have been already shipped can not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

• Locate your subscription info, and
• Choose “Cancel”.
