How to stop your subscription at Parasol

Parasol Co is a monthly baby product subscription, offering either diapers and wipes or diapers only. All of their products are hypoallergenic, made with inks without heavy metals, fragrance-free, cruelty-free, vegan, and eco-friendly. The type of Parasolco subscription, its frequency as well as a collection design and size can be opt during check out at the official website at https://www.parasolco.com/. The subscription costs depend on the type of membership you choose. For example, a VIP Membership Box includes: 

– 3 Giant Diaper Packs 

– 4 Packs Wipes 

– 2 Friend Diaper Gift Packs 

Please, keep in mind that only one size can be ordered per box. The subscription is auto-renewal and you will be charged monthly until your membership cancellation. 

Shipping Terms 

Diapers and wipes from Parasol Co are available in the US, China, South Korea, Russia and the UK. You can expect shipping to take 3-8 business days, depending on how far you are from our California and East Coast warehouses. There may be a delay in shipping during holidays. 

Requesting a Refund 

Merchandise that has been purchased within the last 30 days can be returned if it is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. In the event of an eligible return, Parasol Co will credit your original payment method within five business days. Your refund will be posted within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned item(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping, original shipping charges will not be refunded.  

How To Stop Auto-Renewal 

Whenever you want, you can skip a delivery or cancel your membership entirely.

– In your subscription details, look for the Cancel button 

– Deactivate your membership by clicking Cancel.
