My Garden Box subscription is a unique service, offering a monthly delivery of exciting gardening projects. The contents of each box are curated according to season and include everything needed to complete the project of the month: seeds, plants, containers, fertilizers, along with detailed instructions, plant care tips, and more.

- Monthly Subscription: $38.50/ shipment;
- 3 Monthly Subscription: $112.50 one-off ($37.50/ shipment);
- 6 Monthly Subscription: $219.00 one-off ($36.50/ shipment);
- Yearly Subscription: $426.00 one-off ($35.50/ shipment).

How To Avoid The Unwanted Charges?
Unless you’ve selected a “Gift” option upon sign-up, your subscription must be an auto-renewing one. All regular (non-gift) subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of the month following the last month of the ongoing subscription term. This means, your card will be charged every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. My Garden Box will notify you by email before your subscription renews so that you can cancel it before the billing occurs. Still, if you won’t manage to do so, you can still cancel the upcoming shipments and request a refund for the unsent boxes.
How To Cancel The Upcoming Shipments?
First of all, you have to turn off the subscription auto-renewal. For this purpose:
- sign in to your client account on https://www.mygardenbox.com/;
- Go to the subscription settings; and
- Click ‘Cancel’.
After that, your subscription will not renew anymore, but all the scheduled boxes will still be shipped to you. If you don’t want to receive the remaining boxes, you can contact customer support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (850) 898-3295, request cancellation of all subsequent shipments, and apply for a refund.
