Paleo Meal Subscription Box

PaleoPax is a monthly subscription service for those who lead a healthy way of life. Subscribers receive a mix of 20 healthy low carb snacks sourced from the best American brands every month. All products in each subscription box are gluten-, grain-, and dairy-free.

How Much You Pay

Subscription Fee

Each PaleoPax Box costs $49.00 ($60.00 without discount) flat including shipping. The typical subscription box contains 18 to 20 premium healthy snacks such as:  

• gluten-free cookies;
• grainless granola;
• beef snacks;
• hemp protein bars, etc.

Billing & Rebilling

The day you subscribe to Paleopax and pay your first order becomes your billing date. On this day, every month thereafter, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your card will be charged with a subscription fee. To stop the billing you need to cancel your subscription.

Delivery Service

Subscription boxes are shipped the day after the payment is processed. There are no additional fees, shipping all over the US is already included in the subscription price.

 Return And Refund Policy

To stop the recurring payments you need to cancel your subscription. After that, in case you want to return the unpacked box or claim a refund, you may email PaleoPax at mail@paleopax.com. Customer support professionals will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Methods

Through your account on https://paleopax.com/, you can easily review, manage, or cancel your subscription anytime. To do the latter:

• log in to your PaleoPax account;
• locate the subscription you want to cancel and click “Cancel” next to it;
• confirm the cancellation.

If you don’t remember your account details, go to your mailbox and look for the order confirmation email. In that email, you’ll find a link titled “Manage Subscription”.  Clicking on this link you will be redirected to your account. In case you can’t find a confirmation email, create a new account with the email address you used while subscribing to PaleoPax.
