How do I cancel my Playmanshop subscription? 

Your Playmanshop subscription contract may be terminated at any time without additional payment. Your membership can be terminated either through the website or the account profile page. You should be aware that logging out does not cancel your payments if you decide to leave the platform of Playmanshop. The following step-by-step instructions will explain how to cancel your subscription. 

Using your client account 

Follow these instructions to remove a subscription on Playmanshop: 

  1. Access your client account. 
  2. In the ‘Membership’ section, click ‘My Account‘. 
  3. Simply click on ‘Cancel Membership’. 

Immediately cancel 

Fill out the quick cancellation form at Help Center to get assistance from the customer support team if you have trouble logging in. Don’t forget to put “Cancel My Subscription” in the subject line. Cancelling your membership will lock you out of your progress track and preferences as soon as your current membership expires.
