How to refund Trendsend 

Trendsend by Evereve is another online subscription service offering customized and stylish looks purchased both in-store and on a subscription basis.  A customer needs to complete three steps in order to get a new and fresh look: 

  • take a quiz to let Evereve Trendsend stylists get to know about the body type and style preferences. 
  •  An Evereve stylist will select and curate 2-3 hand-picked looks for you, which you can pick up in-store or have delivered. It’s your 5 days to decide what’s best for you and make your purchase online. 
  • Choose the items that fit you best and send back the rest. 


A customer is usually charged a $20 styling fee applied toward the current purchase. On average, there are 6-8 pieces in the box costing $80. The subscription delivery and shipping as well as returns are free of charge. There is also a referring-a- friend program and a bonus for keeping four or more items from evereve subscription box. 

Shipping Terms 

The service ships within the US only. The delivery is free and as it is shipped by USPS, the subscription boxes can be sent both to residential addresses and post office boxes. 

Return and Refund Conditions 

Returns can be brought back to the store (pickup customers) or placed in a pre-paid return shipping envelope (delivery customers). To avoid being charged for all items, Trendsend items must be returned in new condition and with original tags attached within 5 days of receiving them. Your credit card will be charged for returned items that do not meet Trendsend  policy standards. The returned items will be delivered back to your shipping address. 

How can I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your Trendsend subscription, make the following steps: 

– log in to your Trendsend account at  

– click Subscription 

– select On Demand  

– click Save.  

There will still be the option to order boxes at any time. No cancellations will be made to existing orders.
