Subscription Costs

A subscriber gets a monthly box for $39.99 per month containing:

  • 10 +full size low carb (less than 5g net carbs per serving) bites;
  • $20+ coupon savings monthly;
  • 1, 3, 6- and 12-months subscription options.

Shipping Charges

You get a free shipping with your subscription. Keto Krate ships within the USA only via FedEx SmartPost in partnership with USPS. Normally It takes 3 – 8 days for delivery. However, shipping to APO, FPO and some other addresses may take longer.

Billing Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Regular subscription plans are extended automatically once a month. Payments reoccur on the third of each month. If you are planning to cancel your subscription, it would be useful to do so on or before the second of your ongoing subscription month to avoid unwanted billing.

Refunds on Subscription Charges

You may claim for an exchange or return in case if something in your monthly box is damaged, defective or missing. Keto Krate will send you a new item or return a credit on your account available for the next 30 days. To request a refund, please contact Keto Krate at support@ketokrate.com.

Cancel Your Plan

To stop your subscription from auto-renewing:

  • Log into your Customer Portal on https://www.ketokrate.com/;
  • Enter your email to manage your subscription;
  • Click on the “Subscriptions” option from the upper menu.
  • Locate the “Cancel My Subscription” button at the bottom of the page;
  • Answer some survey questions;
  • Receive a cancellation confirmation.
