How to refund Cannabox

Cannabox is a smoking subscription box offering weed smoking essentials and related indie products on a subscription terms. Cannabox members receive a discovery box with 6-9 items monthly. Among the items are rolling papers, pipes, grinders, t-shirts, books, and fun accessories. A different theme is featured in every box. 

You can choose from the following subscription plans: 

– one month – $32.99 per month 

– three months – $31.99 per month 

– six month – $30.99 per month 

As soon as you sign up and every time your plan renews, you will be charged. Plans that last one month renew and charge every 30 days, while plans that last six months renew and charge every six months. Your membership will continue until you notify the Cannabox customer support team that you no longer want to renew. 

Shipping Details 

All Cannabox monthly weed subscription boxes are shipped between the 20th and 25th of each month. The service ships both within the US and internationally. Shipping is currently available to a limited number of countries listed at checkout at 

A shipping charge will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping country. 

Refunding Policy 

Cannabox cannot refund your purchase once you have been charged for a subscription box or limited-edition box. It is not possible to refund, return, or exchange any Cannabox subscription product unless a special circumstance exists. The item must be reported missing from your subscription box or other order within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please include a photo and description of the damaged item with your support ticket. If the item is still in stock, a replacement will be shipped to you within 3 business days. 

Cancellation Process 

Whenever you would like to cancel your  Cannabox Subscription, follow these steps:

– select Cancel from the menu

If you have any remaining Cannaboxes after your most recent payment, they will be sent to you. You won’t be charged again after that. To avoid being charged and included in the upcoming box, send your request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal.
