An environmentally friendly and minimally wasteful flower subscription service, Bloombox Co ships seasonal Australian flowers. You can make beautiful flower arrangements in your own home using fresh seasonal flowers and foliage from BLOOMBOX CO. Each box of Sydney fresh flower subscription may include:
– Feature flower – could be waratahs or roses
– Filler flowers: lisianthus, Gérardton wax, or daisies
– 1-2 foliage/botanicals, such as tropical monstera leaves or passionfruit vines
– An ongoing theme
– Your box’s contents list
– Flower food sachets
– An open letter of affection
– Video tutorial link
– An occasional surprise gift
Subscribers can choose the type of the boxes they would like to receive:
– Signature Subscription – starting from $69.00
– Farmgate Subscription – from $85.00
– Gift Subscription – from $50.00
Subscribing to the service you agree to be billed automatically at the end of your subscription period. 

Shipping Terms 

Bloombox Co ships within Australia and the delivery fee is specified during the checkout. A recyclable box will be used to deliver your flowers, protecting them from heat, wind, and pollution. Up to 12 hours can be safely passed between the delivery and the pick up of your flowers. 

Returns and Refunds 

It is not possible to return your box for a refund due to the nature of the Bloombox Co product. Although BLOOMBOX CO boxes are checked for quality and hand packed before dispatch, your flora may be damaged during the delivery process. If this is the case with your delivery, BLOOMBOX CO will consider a refund or replacement. You can request a refund or replacement within 3 days of receiving your box by contacting hello@bloomboxco.com and providing your account details and reason for the request. 

How to stop my auto-renewal subscription? 

You may cancel an ongoing subscription at any time up until midnight before your next payment date by logging into your user account. Please note that cancellations received after the scheduled payment cut off will take effect from the following delivery period.  No cancellations are permitted during the term of a gift subscription.
