Creepy Crate is a monthly subscription service, sending you a box filled with mysterious items every other month. Each box contains a book (usually based on a true-crime story), limited-edition horror collectibles, and crime-themed items with a total retail value of +$90 USD. The items you receive are designed exclusively by Creepy Crate and can not be found anywhere else.

Recurring Payments

Billing Cycle & Subscription Costs

• Regular Subscription : $39.99/ shipment (bills and ships bi-monthly);
• Half-Yearly Prepaid Subscription: $119.97 (bills every 6 months, 3 shipments total);  
• Yearly Prepaid Subscription: $239.94 (bills once a year, 6 shipments total).

Shipping Expenses & Additional Fees

Shipping charges for all domestic orders are incorporated in the subscription price. International customers are charged $10.00 extra for each box. This fee includes only shipping costs. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply.

How To Discontinue The Payments? 

All Creepy Crate subscriptions renew automatically. The payments occur on the 5th of the month, following the last month of your ongoing subscription term. If you’ve chosen a regular subscription, you will be billed bi-monthly. If your subscription is prepaid, your card will be charged every 6 or every 12 months, depending on the selected prepaid period. To stop the recurring payments you have to cancel your subscription before the next auto-renewal date. Unsubscribing Procedure

To cancel your subscription and stop receiving the creepy mystery boxes:

• Log in to your account on https://creepycrate.store/;
• Go to the “Manage Subscription” menu;
• Locate the  subscription status section; and 
• Click “Cancel”.
