In order to provide you with the highest quality products, this dogs subscription service sources them from high quality suppliers. Customers can subscribe to one of two subscription plans offered at https://www.daisy-care.com: 

– Treats Only Everyday Care Package Subscription – $37.95 – $419.40 

– Treats & Toys Everyday Care Package Subscription – $47.95 – $539.40 

It is also possible to choose the length of your subscription: 

– month-to-month 

– 3-months prepay 

– 6-months prepay 

– 12-months prepay 

Subscriptions are automatically billed each month until you cancel. Your credit card will be charged in accordance with the terms of your subscription plan. 

Shipping Terms 

Dog’s goods are delivered across the US by USPS. Upon placing an order, please allow 2-3 business days for it to be processed and 7-10 business days for it to be shipped.  The shipping costs are calculated at the check-out. 

Returns and Refunds 

Any unopened or defective product may be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment. For instructions on returning a product, please contact Jessica at JessicaK@daisy-care.com. 

How to stop my subscription? 

 Your subscription may be canceled at any time, and you will not be charged again as long as it occurs before the shipping date. Your membership will be canceled after your last pre-paid shipment if you choose to pay upfront. If you wish to cancel, you can do so in two ways: 

– through the Daisy-Care online account portal 

– contacting the customer service at daisycarepackages@gmail.com.
