The service focuses on the surprise of the boxes, so a member can’t preorder or change the items of their next box. No customizations or substitutions are available at the moment.

A subscription box consists of:

• 15 cups of small batch single serve coffees;
• 3 artisan-roasted blends;
• A variety of roasts including light, medium, dark and flavored ones.

What Are The Subscription Costs?

There are 4 subscription plans to choose from:

• Month to Month ($13/99 per month);
• 3 Month Prepay ($11.65 per month, $34.95 in total);
• 6 Month Prepay ($10.49 per month, $62.95 in total);
• 12 Month Prepay ($9.92 per month, $118.99 in total).

Shipping & Taxes

The service offers flat rate US shipping to all subscribers. You can also get a free shipping of your first box using the code from their website at https://www.singlecupclub.com.

All boxes are sent in the first week of every new month. All orders are shipped through USPS and arrive within 5-7 business days.

Can I Unsubscribe and Get a Refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There’s no cancellation fee. However, you need to mind the renewal date and try to make a cancellation prior to the next renewal as the subscription charges can’t be refunded.
