Cancellation process: what to do 

On Runecom, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Runecom cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.  

 If you want to stop your subscription to Runecom, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page. 

Make a direct cancellation 

Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.  

  1. Log in to your profile 
  2. Go to My Account and sign in 
  3.  Click Cancel Membership 

Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Runecom.  

Help with unsubscribing 

Please fill out the cancellation form at https://support.runecom.net/en-us/requests in order to cancel your subscription for Runecom. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Runecom can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
