Cancellation process: what to do
On Alphafunzone, you can subscribe to books, music, games, and movies. No additional charges will be charged if you decide to cancel at any time. Your watch history and preferences on Alphafunzone cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
If you want to stop your subscription to Alphafunzone, you’ll need your email address and password. When you forget either of these, go to the Account recovery page.
Make a direct cancellation
Terminating your membership is easy through your account page.
- Log in to your profile
- Go to My Account and sign in
- Click Cancel Membership
Your membership will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email from Alphafunzone.
Help with unsubscribing
Please fill out the cancellation form in order to cancel your subscription for Alphafunzone. In the subject line, write “Cancel My Subscription”. Your watch history and preferences on Alphafunzone can no longer be accessed once you cancel your membership.
