Underclub is a subscription service helping you explore the new underwear styles from famous top-quality brands. Every month, you receive a box with 1or 2 pairs of panties hand-picked by stylists according to your preferences. On top of that, you are encouraged to give feedback about each pair you receive to help Underclub curators improve their service.

Charges And Billing

Subscription Plans 

  • Signature Subscription (high-quality underwear, retail value  ~$25/ pair)
    • Regular (1 pair):
      • Monthly Plan: $15/ box;
      • 6-Month Prepaid Plan: $84 ($14/ box);
      • Yearly Prepaid Plan: $156 ($13/ box).
    • Double (2 pairs):
      • Monthly Plan: $28/ box;
      • 6-Month Prepaid Plan: $162 ($27/ box);
      • Yearly Prepaid Plan: $312 ($26/ box).
  • Luxe Subscription (premium underwear, retail value $30+/ pair)
    • Regular (1 pair): 
      • Monthly Plan: $21/ box;
      • 6-Month Prepaid Plan: $120 ($20/ box);
      • Yearly Prepaid Plan: $228 ($19/ box).
    • Double (2 pairs):
      • Monthly Plan: $35/ box;
      • 6-Month Prepaid Plan: $199 ($33/ box);
      • Yearly Prepaid Plan: $389 ($32/ box).

Your subscription will auto-renew on the 11th of the last month of each prepaid term (every month, every 6 months, or every year).

Shipping Fees

Underclub offers free shipping on all US orders. International shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country (usually around $10-$15).  

Refund Policy 

According to the Underclub Terms, subscription charges are non-refundable. You are not allowed to return the products for a refund as well. However, you can receive a partial refund for the remaining subscription period if you cancel your prepaid subscription early.

How To Stop The Subscription Auto-Renewal

To opt-out of recurring payments you need to cancel your subscription:

  • Sign in to your account on https://www.underclub.com/;
  • Navigate to the  ‘Your Subscriptions’ section;
  • Click ‘Edit’ and select ‘Cancel’;
  • Confirm the cancellation.
