Subscription of Kites & Ivy is a woman subscription specifically designed for college women today. The care package boxes are filled with bath and beauty products, fashion accessories, school supplies, snacks, and other items. Care subscription boxes are themed to coincide with the academic year and are mailed out 4 times per academic year: 

– Back to School 

– Winter Finals 

– Spring Break 

-Finals Survival 

There will be a variety of selected bath and beauty products, accessories, and other fun essentials included in each box. A variety of products may be included, including hand lotions, hair products, nail polish, makeup, headbands, scarves, and tumblers.  

There are several subscription plans to choose from: 

– 1 Box – Quarterly Shipment – $53.99 

– 2 Box Prepay – Semester – $104.99 

– 4 Box Prepay – Annual – $204.99 

The renewal of all subscriptions is automatic. Billing for all subscriptions occurs on the 1st of the month. No returns will be accepted. 

Shipping terms 

Kites & Ivy schedules the distribution of their packages in accordance with the academic calendar of each university. The approximate schedule for shipping is as follows:  

– Back to School box – end of September, 

– Winter Finals box – late November, 

– Spring Fever box – end of February, 

– Finals Survival box – end of academic year. 

In order to coincide with the academic calendar, boxes are not necessarily mailed out immediately after registration; instead, they are mailed so that they coincide with the theme of the academic year.

Is it possible to refund Kites & Ivy? 

Please note that all sales are final and refunds are not offered. Please contact our customer support department via email at contact@kitesandivy.com in the event that any item has been damaged. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. 

How can I stop my subscription? 

Cancellation of subscriptions is possible at any time. it is essential that you cancel your subscription before it renews. Should you cancel your subscription after your credit card has already been charged, you will receive the upcoming box(es) and your cancellation will be active for the following boxes. We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations during the course of a semester or year-long subscription. 

To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account, click the “”edit subscription”” button, and select “”cancel””.
