FaceTory Box offers subscriptions for monthly or quarterly delivery of the best Korean sheet masks and skincare products. Subscribers are offered two types of subscriptions. 7 Lux Subscription Boxes are shipped out monthly and include only sheet masks, whereas Lux Plus Boxes include skin products as well and are dispatched on a quarterly basis. All products featured in Facetory self care boxes are clean and cruelty-free.

  • 7 Lux Box (8-10 items per box, incl. 7 sheet masks & gift items) –

Monthly Plan: $19.90/ shipment

Additional Fees & Charges

There are no extra fees for U.S. subscribers. International subscribers, however, will be charged additionally for shipping. International shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and normally start at $9.95 per box.

How To Get A Refund On Subscription Charges?

Depending on the type of billing plan you’ve chosen while subscribing to FaceTory, you will get charged for your subscription automatically every month or every quarter. To stop the automatic charges, you need to cancel your subscription before it renews. However, even if you won’t manage to do so and will get charged again, you can receive a refund for such payment. To this end, contact customer support by email before your order is shipped out. The approved refund amount (excluding the cost of shipping) will be credited back to your card within one week.
