Each subscription box comes filled with food supplements meeting all your needs and goals, sorted out into 30 bundles, one for each day of the month. In this article, you will learn how to cancel your Care Of subscription.

Prices & Payment Conditions

Monthly Expenses. Pricing depends on the number of supplements you receive monthly and on the price of each particular supplement. The average price rate is $5-12 per supplement monthly, but some of them may cost over $20-30. You can always edit your upcoming orders.

Delivery Services. Care Of offers free shipping for all orders over $20 in the US, delivery of smaller orders costs $8. Shipment to Canada is DDP.

Billing Cycle. The subscription is billed every 30 days. You will be notified by email two days before each billing to make changes to your subscription or the next order.

Cancellations & Returns

You can return your first Care Of box within 30 days after the shipment and get fully refunded for it. The following orders can be canceled only before they are paid, as you get notified each time before payment is done and have enough time to stop your subscription.

How To Cancel Care Of

Along with skipping or suspending an order, you can cancel Care Of subscription anytime. Make sure to complete the cancellation at least 5 business days prior to the shipment, otherwise, your card will be charged for the upcoming month.

  • Go to https://takecareof.com or open the C/o app on your device; 
  • Log into your account, locate your name and click on it;
  • Open ‘Your Plan’ and click ‘Pause’ to stop your subscription.

As your subscription is paused, no orders will be delivered anymore, i.e. your subscription is canceled unless you resume it yourself.
