What is Kids’ Candor? 

Designed for parents and caregivers, Kids’ Candor provides a monthly educational box with ready-to-use tools and guidance to teach and promote human interaction through games for children from early age to preschool. Every month, Kids’ Candor sends you a bilingual (English/Spanish) kit that includes: 

– games 

– music 

– materials 

– toys 

– guide cards 

The Kids’ Candor store also provides downloads of materials and music at https://www.kidscandor.com/.  

 Each type of subscription focuses on the age of kids: 

– 0 – 6 months 

– 6 – 12 months 

– 1 – 2 years old 

– 2 -3 years old 

– 3+ years old 

There are two types of kids’ educational boxes: 

– Full Version 

– The Essentials 

The fee of Kid’s Candor subscription for kids starts at $25 per month. 

Shipping terms 

Shipment costs are included in subscriptions. Depending on the size and weight of the item, shipping charges vary. Kids’ Candor ships educational kits nationwide. For shipping cost and timing outside the US, send a message at customerservice@kidscandor.com. 

Is it possible to refund Kid’s Candor? 

The store accepts returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items. You can return your purchase within 30 days. Shipments are customer’s responsibility. If you wish to return items, please contact customerservice@kidscandor.com 

How can I stop my subscription? 

There are no penalties associated with canceling a monthly subscription at any time. There are two methods you can use if you want to cancel your subscription: 

– Online through the Kid’s Candor account portal 

– Contacting customer service at customerservice@kidscandor.com 

Once you receive a confirmation email, your subscription will be cancelled.
