Oh Hello Stationery is a company producing office supplies, organizers, and above all, stickers. Purchasing a subscription, you get the opportunity to receive exclusive stickers and stationery items on a regular basis and at a price at least twice lower than their retail value. The contents of each box are curated according to a specific theme.
Provided Services And Their Cost
Monthly Charges
- Classic Subscription: $19.96/month + shipping (1 greeting card, 1 washi type, 6-7 sticker sheets + gift in each box).
- Mini Subscription: $9.96/month + shipping (3 sticker sheets + gift in each oh hello subscription box).
Subscription Renewal
The card, associated with your account on https://ohhelloco.com/ will be charged on the 1st of every month to pay the following subscription month, i.e. all payments are made a month in advance. Subscriptions are renewed month to month automatically and without any head-ups.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout according to the USPS price rates. Subscribers are also responsible for all duties and charges connected with international shipping.
Subscription Cancellation Terms
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time turning to Oh Hello Co. customer support.
Cancellation requests and refund claims can be sent at ohhellostationery@gmail.com.
Cancellation Procedure
As soon as you decide to stop using the service and before you start the refund procedure, you need to cancel your subscription. For this purpose, do the following:
- compose a cancellation request, mentioning your account information and upcoming order details;
- write “Cancel My Subscription” in a subject line to help the support team process your request faster;
- send it to the ohhellostationery@gmail.com and wait for the confirmation.
