Tails subscription is a service offering monthly dog food boxes. The Tails company tailors the dog food boxes to your pet’s needs and tastes. The treats don’t contain added sugar, colors or preservatives and are curated by nutritionists. To get the most from the Tails dog subscription, a subscriber provides information about their dog including:
– age
– breed
– health conditions, etc.
In choosing each ingredient, the Tails veterinarians and nutritionists consider what nutrients it provides. This ensures your dog gets the right balance of protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals each time he or she eats.
Tails.com food doesn’t have a set price. As your dog’s recipe is custom-made for them, so is the price you pay. You can see the cost of your monthly orders before making a payment by creating a profile for your dog on tails.com.
Shipping and handling
Your tailored dog food delivery is at your door every month. To meet the nutritional needs of puppies under 14 weeks, deliveries are every two weeks. Through your tails.com account, you can change the delivery date for your next order. To keep you updated on the progress of your tails.com food, they always send an email once your food has been dispatched. By logging into your tails.com dashboard, you can also track your deliveries:
– Navigate to the ‘Deliveries’ menu
– Select ‘Track Package’ under Scheduled Deliveries
Your delivery will be tracked on the courier’s website.
How to refund tails.com?
Please follow these steps if you wish to return any product to Tails.com:
– From the email address associated with your tails account, email hello@tails.com. Include details of the product you wish to return and the reason.
– Tails.com will explain to you how to return the goods if they need them returned.
– Tails.com will arrange a refund or fault resolution within a reasonable period after we receive the initial email.
It is important to note that dry blends are custom designed for your dog and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
It is extremely important that you return your product within 7 working days of receiving it.
How can I stop my subscription?
Using your logged in pages, you may cancel your subscription at any time. You can find more information about how to do this in the Help Centre at https://tails.com/gb/. Logging in to your account will allow you to see when your upcoming subscription order will be shipped – see the deliveries section. Subscriptions must be cancelled before or on the last date shown on your dashboard for changes to your order. In the event that your cancellation notification is received after your last date for making changes to that order, the order will still be charged and delivered.
