Terms of Shipping 

Soxy Beast automatically sends out mystery socks boxes on the 22nd of each month. Worldwide shipping is available. There is no shipping charge within Australia. There is an additional charge of $5 per month for subscriptions. The delivery process usually takes 5 – 10 business days. 

How can I claim for a refund? 

The customer support team at Soxy Beast will work with you to replace any defective products as soon as possible if you contact them at support@soxybeast.com.au. 

Cancelling 

Subscriptions must be cancelled by midnight on the 19th of the month if you have a monthly subscription. Soxy Beast will usually be able to cancel your order and refund your money (or a percentage if you have already received several deliveries on a prepaid subscription).
