What Is Bar & Cocoa Club

Bar & Cocoa offers top-quality craft chocolate from trusted manufacturers. Chocolate bars they sell are produced in small batches and cannot be found in local stores. Most of them contain only cacao and sugar and are made with a strong emphasis on the original cacao beans flavor. Joining Bar & Cocoa club means subscribing to one of their membership plans. Each subscriber receives a box of finest 4 chocolate bars every month. 

How Much Is A Subscription

Costs. All Bar & Cocoa subscriptions are prepaid, the charges are made upfront:

  • 3 months $129.00;
  • 6 months $249.00;
  • 12 months $479.00.

Shipping. Shipping subscription boxes all over the U.S. is free. The boxes are shipped on the 2nd week every month. 

Billing. The club subscriptions are billed right away when you checkout and are re-billed on the 15th of every 3, 6 or 12 months according to your membership plan. If you purchased the subscription as a gift, it won’t be renewed or re-billed.

How To Request A Refund

As chocolate is a perishable food product, Bar & Cocoa claims not to accept any returns. Nevertheless, you can still request a refund by:

Customer support will process your request in 1-2 days and give you an answer.

How To Stop Automatic Renewal

You can suspend your subscription, change the delivery address, or make any other updates to your account, including cancellation, anytime.

  •  Go to https://barandcocoa.com/ and click ‘Club Members’ in a left lower corner of the website page to log in to your club account;
  • locate your subscription details;
  • Click ‘Cancel’ to stop auto-renewal.
