The Project Lingerie subscription boxes can be delivered in various frequencies: 

– monthly 

– bi-monthly 

– quarterly. 

A monthly subscription starts at just £15.99. The fee of your underwear subscription box will depend on the type of items and the frequency of their arrival to your door. 

Depending on the subscription you choose, you will be charged a monthly fee prior to delivery. Following that, your account will be charged on the same day each month. Subscriptions for 6 monthly and annual periods will automatically renew. Subscriptions for 6 monthly and annual periods will automatically renew. A six-month subscription and an annual subscription will be automatically renewed. 

Shipping Policy 

Project Lingerie ships to UK subscribers free of charge, and all parcels come with a certificate of postage from Royal Mail. There is an additional fee of £12.95 per month for international subscriptions, and £18.95 per month for subscriptions to the USA and Canada. Tracked delivery is used for boxes shipped to these shipping zones. 

Refund Policy 

If you are unhappy with your subscription box, you can request a refund within 28 days. You can only return garments if they are unworn and have all original tickets. For return arrangements, please email sales@projectlingerie.com. In order to exchange the size of your subscription, please email them. 

Cancellation Policy 

Three simple steps are required to cancel a Project Lingerie subscription:

– To cancel your subscription plan, find it and click ‘Cancel’.
