Mix Cups is a coffee club that offers a gift subscription making difference in your morning coffee routine. The idea is to get a mix of coffee cups instead of a set in one flavor. During sign up, you have the option of choosing between flavored or unflavored coffees, as well as teas to be shipped in your coffee subscription box. You can then choose from three different box sizes: 

– Mini Mix – 15 single cup coffees per month – $18.95 – $191.40 

– Medium Mix – 45 single cup coffees per month – $45.95 – $479.40 

– Mega Mix – 90 single cup coffees per month – $75.95 – $839.40 

The price of your subscription box varies depending on the type and duration of your subscription plan: 

– Month to Month 

– 3 Month Prepay 

– 6 Month Prepay 

– 12 Month Prepay 

You can either order one coffee monthly box or prepay for up to 12 shipments per month. It is possible to save money on average by choosing one of our 3, 6, or 12-month plans. As long as “Gift” is selected during checkout, plans will not auto-renew. 

Shipping terms 

Mix Cups ships within the US, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. During checkout, you can find the Armed Forces Pacific/Europe/Americas selections in the list of states. You can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days of the new calendar month. Upon shipping your order, the Mix Cups subscription service will send tracking information to your email address. 

Returns and Refunds 

In case of any problems with your order, contact Mix Cups customer support for a refund. However, coffee is a fresh food product, so there can be no Mix Cups refunds or returns. 

Cancelling your subscription 

As part of your Monthly Subscription, Mix Cups will charge your payment method without further authorization from you every month until you notify Mix Cups that you wish to cancel your subscription.  Any such notice will not affect charges that were submitted before Mix Cups reasonably could act. 

Your Monthly Subscription can be canceled at any time by following next steps: 

– log into your account 

– go to your dashboard page 

– click on “Edit” under your subscription 

– click on “Cancel Subscription” 

– follow the directions.
