Woken Coffee is an online store offering high-quality coffee packed in sustainable capsules for Nespresso machines. On their website, you can also purchase a subscription for a monthly delivery of your favorite coffee blends. Subscribers are entitled to select the blends they’d like to receive by themselves. 

What Are The Subscription Costs?

Woken Coffee offers 7 types of coffee blends:

• Deciso Dark Roast $6.75/ box;
• Cremoso Dark Roast $7.25/ box;
• Pure Colombia Medium Roast $7.25/ box;
• Arabica Medium Roast $6.75/ box;
• Black & White Medium Roast $7.25/ box;
• Lungo Dark Roast $6.75/ box;
• Decaf Dark Roast $6.75/ box.

Each box contains 10 capsules. To be able to subscribe, you need to add at least 5 boxes to your order. The price of your subscription will depend on the number of boxes you want to get monthly and the price of each particular box. Subscribers get a 10% discount on each product. For example, if you select  5 Desico boxes, your subscription will cost you $30.37 ($33.75 – 10%) per month.

Woken Coffee ships the orders within the U.S. for a $5 flat-rate fee. International shipment is currently not available. Taxes may apply.

Can I Unsubscribe And Get A Refund?

You can cancel your Woken Coffee subscription at any time. There’s no cancellation fee. However, you need to mind the renewal date and try to make a cancellation prior to the next renewal as the subscription charges can’t be refunded. Woken Coffee issues refunds on store purchases only. Still, you can apply for a chargeback in case you canceled your subscription right away before your very first order was shipped out.

How To Cancel My Subscription?

• Log in to your profile on https://woken.coffee/;
• Locate the subscription settings;
• Click on the “Cancel My Subscription” button.

After your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message. If any problem occurs, please email support@woken.coffee.
