The Clean Beauty Box is a bi-monthly subscription service offering the best quality ethical beauty products to its subscribers. Each box features 2-3 full-sized products from well-known and unique crafted beauty brands. All products included in Clean Beauty Subscription Box are carefully selected according to the safety and non-cruelty criteria.
How Much Do The Subscribers Pay?
Subscription Types
Whichever subscription option you choose, you will receive the boxes every other month. The only difference between the two subscription types is the billing cycle:
- 2-Box Subscription costs $83.90 ($41.95 per box) and renews automatically every 4 months;
- 6-Box Subscription costs $119.85 ($39.95 per box) and renews annually.
Delivery Costs
Shipping within the US is free, however, orders shipped internationally will be charged a $15 shipping fee. In addition, if any taxes or duties occur, they should be payed by subscribers. The packages are shipped out during the first week of every second month.
How To Opt Out Of Subscription Charges?
Your subscription will be automatically extended each time as the current subscription period comes to an end. If you cancel your subscription early, you will still receive the remaining boxes. Mind that once your order is processed, it can’t be canceled or refunded. Cancellation will come into effect starting from the next billing cycle. If you’ve subscribed to the Sevice by mistake, you are allowed to cancel your subscription and get the money back if you apply for cancellation before your first order is shipped.
How Do You Unsubscribe?
Cancellations can be carried out by customer support only. To send a cancellation request:
- email The Clean Beauty Box at hello@cleanbeautybox.com;
- make sure to include your full name and to mention that you would like to cancel your subscription;
- wait until your request is processed.
Customer support will make a cancellation for you and send you a confirmation email.
