The cancellation process: how to begin
Joy-arena is a multimedia service offering books, music, games and movies on a subscription basis. It is possible to terminate your subscription at any time and without extra payments.
You will need to remember your email address and password to stop your Joy-arena subscription. The Account recovery page is the place to go if you forgot either of them.
Cancel directly
Your account page allows you to terminate your membership immediately.
- Go to your profile
- Sign in to My Account
- Select Cancel Membership
After your membership is canceled, Joy-arena will email you to confirm.
Support in unsubscribing
To cancel your Joy-arena subscription using express cancellation, fill out the form at https://support.joy-arena.com/en-us/requests. Use the subject “Cancel My Subscription” in your request.
The content on Joy-arena, as well as your watch history and preferences, cannot be accessed once you cancel your membership.
