 What’s in the box

Dia&Co is a recurring subscription service, making it easier for curvy women (size 14+) to find stylish clothing items (Style Box) and workout outfits (Activewear Box). Every box contains 5 items chosen by yourself or by your personal stylist based on your budget and style preferences.

How it works

• Set up your size, preferences, and the frequency of shipments.
• Choose the items you’ll get or let the stylist choose them for you.
• Try on the items, keep the ones you like, and send back the rest.

Fees & Charges

Dia&Co charges you a non-refundable $20 styling fee every time your box is shipped out. If you keep at least one item from the box, this charge will be credited to the price of the clothing. The price of each clothing item ranges from $40 to $80. This means the whole box will cost you around $200-$250 with a 25% discount. Shipping both ways in the United States is always free of charge.

Unsubscribing, Returns & Refunds

You get charged according to your shipping schedule. To avoid future charges, cancel Dia and Co before your next box is shipped out. You can check your shipping schedule on the ‘Box Status’ page in your account. If your box was already shipped to you, you’ve got 5 days to return it, otherwise, you’ll get charged for the whole box. In this case, you can still return the boxes within 30 days from receipt and get fully refunded for them. The styling fee is, however, non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

You can easily cancel Dia and Co subscription by logging into your account on https://www.dia.com/:

• While in your account, go to the ‘Manage Box’ section;
• Click on the ‘Style Plan’ button, and select ‘Cancel’;
• Click ‘Continue And Cancel’, select your reason to stop using the service, and click ‘Finish Cancellation’.
