How to stop SnailBox subscription

Snailbox is a stationery subscription that tries to keep the snail mail tradition alive by delivering hand-picked greeting cards right to your doorstep once a month. The Snailbox team selects small stationary companies and independent artists around the world. The Snailbox collection are thoroughly created and crafted to match specific occasions in your life.  

Subscription Expenses Overview 

For 25$ monthly fee, a subscriber receives a box containing: 

  • 4 assorted greeting cards; 
  • 4 envelope seals/ stickers; 
  • 4 USPS Forever stamps; 
  • An Artist Profile card. 

There is also an option of gift subscription. You can choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription length. To find information about it go to https://www.snailboxcards.com. 

Your card will be charged with the subscription costs on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing date will be on the 25th 

Are There Any Shipping Costs? 

Subscription boxes are shipped out on the 10th of each month. There are no fees for delivery within the US. The company currently doesn’t ship internationally. The US Postal Service ships the our boxes between the 10th and the 15th of each month, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days. 

Refund Policy 

You can return your box in its original condition for a full refund if you aren’t satisfied. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 

How to cancel my subscription? 

If you’d like to avoid being billed for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before the billing date. Your request for cancellation must be received before the 25th of the month your existing subscription plan is set to renew. 

To stop your subscription, choose one of two possible options: 

  • Login to your Payer Portal at the official website of the company; 
  • Find the subscription you want to stop; 
  • Cancel your subscription.
