What is Penny & Grace?
Penny & Grace is an online jewelry boutique operating both as an online store and subscription service. The service has a special offer for subscribed members and claims their membership allows to get jewelry items for better prices. The total retail value of each box exceeds $100. Subscription Terms
A regular subscription fee costs $29.99 per month. A Penny & Grace member receives their first box within 3 – 5 business days after placing the order. Next boxes will be collected and shipped the following week after the member has been billed on the first of each month.
There is also an option of a gift subscription with different billing cycle:
- 1-month plan – $29.99 prepay;
- 3-month plan – $89.97 prepay;
- 6-month plan – $ 179.94 prepay;
- 12-month plan – $359.88 prepay.
All subscription plans are auto-renewal until you stop them.
Shipping Costs
Penny & Grace ships worldwide. Postage costs depend on the country of destination:
- A $5.00 USD flat-rate delivery fee applies to all shipping and returns within the USA.
- Shipping and returns are charged a flat fee of $6.00 USD to Canada.
- A $10.00 USD flat-rate delivery fee applies to all other international destinations.
Return and Refund Policy

How to Stop Penny & Grace Membership?
Depending on the type of billing plan you’ve chosen while subscribing to Penny & Grace club, you will get charged for your subscription automatically at the end of the previous subscription period. To stop the automatic charges, you need to cancel your subscription before it renews.
To request a cancellation, please login to your account portal and start the cancellation process. Try to do it a week before the next billing date to avoid unnecessary charges.
